This mod removes all cars and pedestrians from the game
No more annoying traffic while racing! Since pedestrians are removed, you can drive safely on sidewalks. Original backup file is included, so after racing you can easily switch back to the original game with cars/peds.
Install:
Place the mod file “game_constants” in Mafia III/edit/config.
